Commissioned pieces (including any of my own art) are strictly prohibited from use in any service including but not limited to: Minting to Non-Fungible Token (NFT)/blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, metaverse assets, or any technology of the sort invented in the future. This is non-negotiable.

All commissions are for personal use only. Commercial use (i.e. anything used with the intent of being monetized, including but not limited to: Twitch stream assets, merchandise creation/sales, etc.) is prohibited at this time. You can, however, use the image as your profile picture/banner for social media decoration!

Full payment is required before I start on your commission.

Please let me know before sending payment if you have a deadline you need the art by.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission at any time for any reason.

You can occasionally ask for status updates.

I can make up to 3 major changes for free--after this, a $5 charge per instance will occur.

You cannot claim the finished piece as your original artwork, nor can you alter/trace over/transform the piece in any way. You are prohibited from posting the full-sized, unwatermarked version anywhere.

Once the finalized piece is sent to you, edits or refunds are not possible, and I'm not responsible for the loss of the finalized work or its file.
